Kathryn's Story
Life
I graduated from HHS. Moved to Athens, GA and attended UGA and took my time before finally graduating. Then I moved to NYC, worked in a Children's Television Production House, mainly animation. That lasted a year. I then drove across the US with a friend, her cat and my ginuea pig to Seattle, WA. I have been living in Seattle since Jan. of 1994. I currently work in a public relations firm - but am always looking for a change. Seattle is a beautiful city but it is so far a way from Georgia. I mean, look on a map its far, but when you have to actually drive it takes forever! Even flying wastes an entire day!

I attended the University of Georgia, Athens, from September 1986 through March 1998. I wasn't a very good student. I didn't really go to class. So I stopped going to college, but remained in Athens where I worked and had a lot of fun. But after a couple of years I got bored. I finished school super fast and left Athens as soon as I graduated. Its a great town, but there are folks who move to Athens and then they stay. And then they become 40-something wanna be hipsters, and it's just creepy. They still work fry-cook and waitress jobs and refuse to mature. I've only been back to Athens once since I left...it's for the best.
