Kathryn's Story
I went to Belton Middle School 1980 to 1981 in 5th Grade and 1981 to 1982 in 6th Grade. The Junior High switched the 9th graders to the High School for the fall of 1982 and moved the 6th graders to the Junior High. I was in 7th grade from 1982 to 1983. I would have returned but in August of 1983 I moved to live with my mom in Pasadena, Texas. My dad had an accident in July of 1983 and was hospitalized and would be for the rest of his life. I know I just disappeared but the trauma that I went thru at 13 due to my dad's acciden...Expand for more
t caused my life to be taken over by other people. I wish I had been able to keep in touch with some people from those years. I really miss my best friend Tab. I have mostly recovered all these years later but sometimes it gets rough. Life has been rough for me, some of the problems were self inflicted and some were not but I am alive and well. I have 3 wonderful children. I have a wonderful man in my life and a decent job. Two of my children are on their own with their significant other and my youngest is a senior this year.
