Kathy's Story
Just a little something... I need to get outside and prepare for winter! I live in the mountains and heat with wood. I am building a new wood storage area.
I live in Goldendale Washington. I am divorced with an 18 year old son and a 25 year old daughter. They do not live with me now. I have 3 dogs and a new litter on the way. My sister, Teresa Baldwin, class of 74, died in 2008 of brain cancer. I lived with her for 13 months while she was sic...Expand for more
k, trying to save her, comfort her, support her. I lost my job while I was there so I am starting over at 59! I am making websites for people, designing business cards and display ads and working at Maryhill Winery. I am surfacing from the intense world of grief and feeling somewhat normal again. It took a year after Teresa died for me to recognize myself. I have been hiding on my mountaintop.
I will write more later. Winter waits for no one!
