Kathy's Story
Life
I've been happily married to my husband, Kevin, since 1986, and we have two teenage boys: Wes, almost 18 (who just got accepted into UT Austin -- hook'em horns!), and Kyle, almost 16. We've lived in Kingwood, Texas for over 10 years, moved to Cancun, Mexico for a two-year stint (my husband was the project manager for a power plant his company was building), and moved back to Kingwood about a year ago. I have a bachelor's degree in journalism and was a freelance writer for the Houston Chronicle ThisWeek section for a couple of years (until we moved to Cancun). I'm plenty busy with teenagers, so my writing career is on hold for the time being. I was at the 20-year reunion and didn't remember as many people as I thought I would, but everyone looked so good after all these years!
