Kathy's Story

Workplace My work as a Developmental Specilist Assistant is the most rewarding career I have had. I work with pre-school age children with developmental disabilities doing therepy to enable them to reach their highest potential.My specialty is teaching sign language to hearing impaired and non-verbal children. tired from my awesome job and am enjoying a less stressful life. I was able to spend the last few months of my mothers life with her in Portland and enjoy a wonderful Christmas together. Since her passing I have been able to turn my focus to getting healthier, exercising, and contemplating volunteer opportunities and enjoying the company of my husband Terry with projects around the home. We are looking forward to traveling more and trying new adventures.
