Kathy's Story
Life
Studied as a Chinese linguist in the Air Force after high school. Completed degree in computer science and worked as operations mgr til children grown. Changed to the non profit world running a socialization group for children with disabilities in South Bend. Decided to head East when the kids moved to Boston after college and parents retired near my brother in Maryland.
I now live in Maryland, but had to give up the non profit job. Home prices on the East coast are MUCH more than Indiana...Expand for more
. So working now as a project manager for a software consulting company near Baltimore. Still hoping to get back to school for the Ph.D. but work is now keeping me pretty busy.
Then there's Madelyn! My first grandbaby!! Am now plotting how I'll get to Boston more than the once a month I currently do. Once the economy is better, would hope to transfer to the office in Boston.
Still single, but happy. I try to keep in touch with friends and family. Classmates has been good to help with that!
