Kathy's Story
You all knew me as Kathy Brooks, but Brooks was my stepdad's last name. So after meeting my bio dad and his musical family, I started using my birth name as novelist/music producer (Kathy Holmes). yearbook and named it the "Reflector," sang in the choir, including a solo in the spring program, thanks to Mr. Vaughn. And then my family moved to Oregon. But I made my way back to California for an exciting career as a technical writer for technology companies in Silicon Valley. After traveling the world, my husband and I have been living in Las Vegas and Florida as I pursue my music dream.
