Kathy's Story
It has been forever since 1968. Those were some of the best years of my life. I have such fond memories of North and a few very special people I knew then. Unfortunately I have lost touch with almost everyone, even those very dear to me. I married in 69, to a commercial fisherman, had 3 kids, and now have 3 grand kids. We have had many adventures and now live in SE Alaska (22 years). My husband of 43 years is a wonderful man and we continue to share adventures. go out on it as often as we can. He is retired now but I am still working as a mental health program manager. Not sure how I would handle retirement. To all who were in the class of 68, all the very best to each of you. I plan to move back to the Willamet Valley in 2017, my husband does not plan to move with me. It will be hard to leave the grandkids, but I am ready for a change of weather, more day light and some activities I enjoy. Tired od hunting and fishing. Want to be a Valley Girll again.
