Kathy's Story
Well, I hope people remember me as someone who tried to be nice to everyone, although I suppose a lot will remember me as being fairly quiet and "a brain".
I relax mainly by reading (which is part of my job as well) and going for walks with my husband and having fun with our kids.
I don't think I ever did anything wild in school, much to my regret lol
Except for a brief stint in Boston and Andover, MA, I've lived all my life in Greenwich. We now live in Riverside, right next door to Roe DeVita Dillon!

The two teachers that I loved the most were Mr. Moravek and Mrs. DeCarlo -- it was great seeing both of them at the 25th reunion!
I got my BA from UConn in '78 and then my MS in Library Science from Simmons College in 1980. I went back to school and got my Masters in Education in 2006.
To be truly happy, I'd be exactly where I am right now. I have a wonderful husband and two great kids and feel very blessed. The only real sadness in my life is that some people close to me have died too young.
I love working with kids and getting them excited about reading -- easy for me to do, since I love it myself!
