Kathy's Story
For those of you that are like me and don't have a clue where most of my classmates are - this is my story. I now live in Scotia, south of Fortuna, CA. I work for the City of Rio Dell as an administrative assistant to the finance director. Sounds fancy - isn't! I was a legal secretary for 10 years, but got tired of the attorneys and their garbage. Well a few of them were pretty cool. I have been married twice. First one for 4 years and lived all over - mainly in Oklahoma and the Bakersfield area. I have now been married for 38 years to a retired teacher. I have 3 kids - two from my first marriage and 1 with Mike, my present husband. We lived in Miranda for 30 so...Expand for more
me years. Mike taught and coached football, baseball and such at South Fork High School for many-many years. He is now retired
We now have three granddaughters. Their ages are 10, 3 1/2 and 12 months. The loves of our lives. My kids are into horses (what else) and my youngest works at Bay Wood Golf and Country Club in Arcata. My middle son (he has the two youngest girls) is head man at McDowell Vineyards in Hopland. (Great Wine) and my oldest (daughter - has the oldest granddaughter) stays home and takes care of their ranch and horses in Holmes Flat, 15 miles south of Fortuna.
Just a normal life happing here - nothing to exciting. Let me know where ya'll are.
