Kathy's Story
Life
I've had three kids and two divorces. I currently live in UT. The kids are: 26, 23, and 21. The oldest son is in the Navy and is stationed in WA; married and expecting their first child. The middle son lives in FL FL. The youngest son is married and living in IL.
I've discovered fishing and I love it! I haven't learned how to tie the hook to the line but there's always tomorrow. I can bait my own hook with grub worms but I do still find it hard to stick the hook into nightcrawlers. Something I'm going to conquer this summer. I can take the smaller fish off the hook. I've never caught anything bigger than a bullhead but I'm hoping to remedy that too. UT is supposed to have some good fishing!
School
I think if I had the chance to go back to high school, I would. There is so much I would do different. I'd spend more time concentrating on math and less time worrying about wha...Expand for more

College
I dropped out after 6 weeks, got my Mrs. degree, had three kids and then got divorced. I moved back home, went to JuCo, then attended Governors State and got a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Workplace
After I graduated college, I got a job at Clark Retail. I was there 10 years before they went under and I was laid off. I then went to work for a company that I had dealt with while working for Clark. After two short term jobs with consultant companies, I'm now the Compliance Manager for a nationwide major gas retailer headquartered in the Salt Lake City UT area. I make sure that underground storage tanks and lines at retail gas stations are in compliance with state, federal and local regulations. We have locations in many states so it's a job that keeps me busy. I love what I do and wouldn't trade it for anything.
