Kathy's Story
Right after high school I moved back to Iowa to be near my fiance and a lot of my family. Greg and I married the next May. I helped with the finishing side of his construction and contracting business; painting and wallpapering for a few years. For almost 10 years, I worked with severely handicapped kids in the local school district, then moved into a tutoring and secretarial position. sudden, I found myself divorced after 21 years, so when the pastor of our church called and begged me to be the Office Administrator, I agreed. I've been there ever since. I have two kids - my son is 13 and my daughter is 14.
I hope I didn't fall into any of the categories they list here for what we were like in high school...I think most of us were just normal teenagers.
I have some great memories of time spent with some of you "normal teenagers" and I will look forward to hearing from you.
