Life
Moved to Florida in 1980 after the blizzard....didn't want to deal with the weather any more!
Married for 28 to Carl. We have 3 children, 3 grandkids.
Retired from nursing several years ago, and Carl from the local utility company. Have spent several months in Hawaii and visited Alaska...still want to go on an Alaskan cruise, and see Europe. My travel the past few years has been a couple of cruises to the Western Caribbean & some trips to the Midwest, Scotland and Italy. Live on acreage in the woods in West Central Florida and have been here 18 years after time in Clearwater and Tampa.
Would enjoy hearing from anyone from Class of 65. Band members????would love to relive old times!

As it turns out, they were wrong. I retired from nursing a few years ago. Am currently teaching parenting & childbirth classes to incarcerated males & females in a county jail & spending as much time as possible with my kids & grandkids.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is my dad, who died 50 years ago,because I wonder what my life would have been like if he were still around.
Traveled to Scotland last June (14) with the Dunedin HS Pipe band and Highland dancers. My grandaughter is an accomplished dancer and competed in Scotland, winning 4 2nd place medals. My granddaughter is a freshman at univ. South Carolina, majoring in political science with a minor in Spanish and still competing nationally and in Scotland in dance.
My oldest grandson is living in Ft. Myers and is a dept. manager at Dicks Sporting Goods.
The youngest is in 4th grade and plays soccer, loves goalie position.
