Kathy Parisi-Kraus:  

Life My name is Kathleen Parisi- Kraus. I went to Horace Mann, graduated in 1968 and North Bergen HS in 1972. In HS I enjoyed Drama and was involved in the HS plays. As fate may have it, 16 years later,I met the man I would marry during a play. I am married to John Kraus, met him in 1988, during a play "Annie Get Your Gun" with the Park Players in Union City. Three plays later, during the run of "Little Abner" we married. He is now a teacher at Union Hill High School. We We live in Vernon, NJ. and Have three beautiful children, Ashley, Adam and Andrew. My extended family includes Angie and husband Michael(my son-in-law), JC and wife ViVi(my daughter-in-law) who are my children from John's first marriage. They have made us the proud grandparents of 5 and one more is on the way!!! They too, hopefully will be moving to Vernon in the near future. We also have a german shepard, "Brandy" which completes our family. School Humm.. I would have to say Mrs. Reed in the 6th grade and definately Mrs. Pentergast in my 8th grade. I remember one time when she threatened ( to the boys) to jump out the window if they didn't improve their handwriting. Hee Hee !! My biggest crush was jimmy Catalano and Steven Ludwig in the 4th grade. I also remember the day our 4th grade teacher telling us that President Kennedy was assisnated. If I could do it all over again I would like to relive my NBHS days again mainly because I enjoyed Drama and being in all the school plays....Expand for more
