Life I got married in 1978 and proceeded to have 2 kids. Once they became adults, I got restless. My ex and I divorced in 2003. I remarried in 2004 and am now living near Alkmaar, North Holland (which seriously annoys my kids). I was presented with a grandaughter in 2005. I have two cats, appropriately named Kali and Loki. Neither of them speaks Dutch any better than I do, even though they were born in Amsterdam. I've been in school to learn Dutch for the past 5 months, and am currently attempting to open an heirloom sewing and smocking shop. Update- June, 2008 About three months after writing the preceeding bio, my husband's company went on the market.
