Kathy's Story
Life
I have been married to Aaron Haynes for about a year and a half now. I live in Napa and am still working as an RN in Napa. I really love the wine country! It was hard to move down here as I had lived in the Redding-Anderson area since graduation. But now that I have lived here for awhile, I can't imagine moving back!! I have three sons and one stepson. We suffered a tragic loss in September as my oldest son, Ricky, was killed in an auto accident. I miss him so much and the pain has been terrible. But, God is good and He has truly comforted me with faithful people who have prayed for us, encouraged us...Expand for more
and supported us emotionally and spiritually. My son was a Christian as I am so I know the Lord has him safely in His keeping until we see each other again.
My other three boys are doing well. My middle guy is a Redding police officer. My youngest is getting married soon. My step son is in the Navy and adjusting to being away from home.
Aaron and I have our "kids" together--Lucy who is a long-haired miniature dachsund and a orange-white tabby cat named R.G. after my son.
Despite many changes in my life, I have a great life with a wonderful husband whom I absolutley adore and a family whom I love very much.
