Kathy's Story
School
I graduated from Perris High School in 1978. My boyfriend in High School was Paul Miller. We went out for some of my Sophomore year and most of my Junior Year. We broke up right before I met my husband. My favorite teacher was Mr. Bundy...I took 3 years of typing from him. He always had a sarcastic sense of humor. He was teaching at Paloma when my son went there. My favorite memories of high school were the homecoming weeks. I would enjoy making the floats and cheering with the cheerleaders during the game.
College

uated from Azusa Pacific University with my Masters Degree in Education and my Preliminary Teaching Credential. If I were to recommend a college, I would recommend Azusa.
Workplace
I am a Special Ed. Teacher with the Val Verde Unified School District. I love teaching students with learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD, and other mild to moderate disabilities.
Military
I wasn't exactly in the military, but my husband was in the Air Force for 5 years, and the Air Force Reserves for a total of 20 years. I guess that made me a military wife.
