Kathy's Story

Moved back to the area and now live in Santa Cruz (Capitola to be exact). Still working but then I still have time to do the things that I like. Job requires travel so I still get to see lots of places and cities that I have never been and also get to have annual trips to some of the cities that I enjoy. Chicago is an example of that. I travel there once a year for the job but so love Michagan Ave and all the little places to eat and just people watch. Been in contact with a couple of you from our 40th reunion several years ago and recently connected with Irene Romero a childhood friend and classmate. Would love to hear what ...Expand for more
you all are doing. I enjoy art (yes I found out that I paint rather well and love most types of mediums) avid reader (murder mystery, romance and the world beyond the normal), love gardening and have worked making an English garden where I live now as the weather and sun grow flowers extremely large here. Best of all I love the weather, down south in LA is was way to hot (107 and beyond) and I love that it rarely gets really hot here. I also love antiquing and enjoy looking for stuff that reminds me of childhood. Have you seen that Jim Plunkett now makes BBQ sauce? Well hope to hear back form some of you. Kathy (Renkel) Hartman
