Life
I retired after 33 years at LAX. I worked in both the Airfield Operations and Constructin & Maintenance Bureaus. I'll miss being "in the middle" of things, but since all the problems at the airport, my family feels better knowing I won't be there when as they fear, it blows up? I've been having a lot of fun connecting with friends I've lost contact with throughout the years. I was diagnosed with MS in 2002 and all my new "Old" friends have been my best suppport team. I'll be able to continue visiting some of the places I've enjoyed. The top of my list is Alaska! But since I'm now in a scooter, I probably won't be doing much traveling. I've been married and divorced with no children. Looking forward to getting in contact with some more friends from the past.
In 2002, through Classmates, I came in contact with someone from elementary school I haven't seen since 1965, Tom Meskew. Long story short, we re-met after all these years and have since been living happily together.
