David's Story
Life
Just a bit of an update:
Where once I was diagnosed with one neuromuscular disease, now I have another named Myotonia Congentia. It is "normally" seen in children 6 months to 3 years old, but I must have won the lottery. As with "Stiff Man Syndrome" it is a chronic disease which can only be maintained via way too many drugs and now a wheel chair. The study I hope to be part of has told me no as I have both diseases and they only want to study one :)

t as the Information Technology Coordinator. And quite frankly, I am having a blast. These kids are getting an opportunity to see new technologies like none Alabama has ever experienced. We hope to connect "virtually" to Russia, China, Korea, as well as countries in Europe some time this summer. I am also working to get my kids into some of the National Labs in the US via webcams. They will be able to see and hear the experiments as they take place.
Lastly, for all those who graduated in '79, we have a 30 year reunion upcoming!!
