Kay's Story
Life
I've left New Jersey and now live in a very rural area of Pennyslvania. I live in my Mother's hometown near her so I can spend time with her keeping her in line. <smile> She's going to be 86 and still mows lawns, paints houses, and drives a car. I just can't keep her tied down! I've been here two yrs now and I love it here. My daughter, Meghan, moved here with me in January too. She said it was to make sure that I stayed in line...lol
I'm not working, I am on disability the back problem I've always had has finally taken it's toll on me along with a bout with cancer and diabetes. I'm cancer free no...Expand for more
w and have been for about six almost seven yrs. The diabetes is under control, but I do have neuropathy caused by it. The mountain air seems to have done wonders for my health I've only been hospitalized once since I've been here. Those that kept in touch with me know that's a record since it seemed like I was always in one in NJ.
I have three cats... Patches, InkyDink, and Aria. Aria is the one my daughter says is the spawn of Satan...but really she's not. She just likes to keep the two older cats on their toes! <grin> She is definitely my cat... I can't make a move without her being on my heels.
