Keenan's Story
After graduating from Burges HS in 1983, I started down the path of higher education, but got restless and joined the Army. I served 4 yrs as a Korean Linguist with military intelligence and then returned to school planning on studying business. Business was boring, so I turned my focus on a rock career - geology actually (I still play guitar though). I got my BS in Geology and then MS in Geology at Arizona State University.
After school, I worked at a CA gold mine, did six years with the AZ State Land Dept. and now work with an enivronmental and geotechnical consulting firm called Ninyo & Moore in Phoenix. They've just opened an office in El Paso and I've gone back to do some work there. And probably ...Expand for more
will bounce back there once or twice a year for work.
Jan. 2000 I got married to a cute red head (Kimm) and was adopted by a affectionate kitty now named Lovey. We picked up a little brother for him around 2003 who follows him around endlessly...mostly to torture him unfortunately.
With my spare time I enjoy rock climbing and writing movie scripts. And yes, one actually got made, but with any luck you didn't see it. It was a super low-budget production by a local Christian production company called Five Talent Films. They are actually in the process (as of 01/13/08) filming another movie I helped co-write. It should be a bit better since it will be their 3rd attempt at a full-lenth film.
