Keisha's Story
After leaving a promising career in the track and field arena at Northview High School,I moved to the Heartland of America, Omaha, NE. Here I went to Burke High School, ran on the track team here as well. I graduated in 1989 with a scholarship to College of St Mary, however 1 semester later, I couldn't quite get over the nun in full habit and decided that this was not the college for me. that then was accepted to Creighton University where it felt much more like home.
After finishing my studies there, I've worked in various different medical arena's and now I'm in recruitment and staffing in the healthcare field and work primarily with hospitals on the east coast.
My hobbies include coaching for the Cornhusker Flyers youth track team, mentoring, listening to music, reading, watching my daughter play basketball.
