Keith's Story
I joined the Army less than a year after high school graduation in February of 1996, after completing basic training, infantry AIT and airborne school at Fort Benning I was stationed at Fort Bragg in NC. In 1998 I re-classed to become a chaplain's assistant. In September of 1999 I married the woman of my dreams, Felicia, who blessed me with two beautiful daughters, Memorie and Melodie. ery and wildlife. I am now currently stationed back at Fort Bragg NC. I have deployed three times, once to Haiti and twice to Iraq. I was so post to deploy to Afghanistan last month, February 2011, but do to a back injury I am still awaiting medical clearance so I can join my unit down range. Life has most definitely thrown some serious challenges my way and I am currently still working my way through some rough times, however as long as I have my family by my side life is good!
