Keith's Story
My Nickname was "Bootsy" in high school because I was the lead singer in a "Boy-Band (Ha! Ha! kinda funny now...)" and always wore mirrored sunglasses. After high school, I joined the Marines, mainly because I had no money (or Scholarship) for college and I wanted to "See The World." The Marine Corps took me thru "San Diego" then "Twentynine Palms" in California, from there I travelled to "Okinawa, Japan" and finally "Yuma, AZ" I loved being part of the USMC. After an honorable discharge, I went from "Lawton, OK" to "Buffalo ,NY" then I returned to "Louisville, KY" to finally attend a technical college. I optained my degree in Electronics Engineering in 1985 and was offered a position with "REVCO" drugstore chain which relocated me to "Albuquerque, NM", then "Midland, TX", and "Lubbock, TX" then back to "Albuq...Expand for more
uerque, NM." Where I resided until 1998. Then in 1998, I moved to the city of "Boise, ID" where I have stayed until the present day because it's just a beautiful, low crime, 4 distinct seasons, type of atmosphere with majestic mountains surrounding the city.
Throughout my travels, I was a member of about 10 or 11 different "Bands" and "Singing Groups" trying to "make it" as they say. Been engaged 7 times but never married. Have 1 son and 3 grand children (so far) that lives in Louisville.
Today, I make a good living at Hewlett-Packard (for 9 years now), I am single, live alone, play with a pool league (8-ball) on Thursdays, host a "Karaoke Show" on Friday and Saturday nights, and a bowling league on Tuesdays. And......I still and will always sing until the day I can no longer make a woman's heart beat faster.
