Keith's Story
Life... What a ride so far...
After I came home from the Army, I worked at the Ford Cleveland Engine Plant for a couple of years then was laid off. I applied and was hired by the CIA. I worked for them for 10 years.
When I left the Agency, I was hired by the City of Alexandria Fire Department where I was a Fire Lieutenant. I was at the Pentagon on 9/11, I spent 2 weeks working with the US&R teams there to recover victims.
After 16 years with Alexandria FD I took an early retirement and I am currently working for the Department of Homeland Security working the information sharing and counter-terrorism issues by providing a first responder's experience and perspective.
In my current position with DHS I am on the road approximately 1 week per month to various states - so I may be visiting a city near you!
