Kelli's Story
Lord have mercy, never thought I would be filling this thing out, but here I am doing just that. I cant really say that I loved high school, but I loved the 4 years I was in high school, if that makes sense. I had lots of fun those 4 years trying not to get caught skipping school. I never thought I would go back to further my education once I graduated, but 10 years later I thought it was time, so I went to nursing school. It was hard, but I loved every minute of it. I have been working at Heritage Oaks West for the past 10 1/2 years as the Medicare Coordinator. I love my job. I have 2 girls 18 and 16 that keep me busy when im not at work. The last year of my life has been really crazy. I am recently divorced after 21 years of marriage. During my divorce my mother and father were both diagnosed with cancer. ey and a lung removed and is doing great, but my mother lost her battle with cancer on August 14th of 2008. It has been very difficult dealing with the loss of someone that was such and important part of my life.
I am a pretty simple person and lead a pretty simple life. I love to throw darts and do so in the Corsicana Dart Association. I love water of any kind, floating the river, going to the beach, or spending the weekend at the lake. I love to go to concerts and have seen just about everyone I could want to see. Still want to see Rod Stewart though. I am a reality t.v. fanatic. If its reality, you can bet I've got it recording on DVR. Anything else you want to know, drop me a line.
