Life Currently widower working as a library employee at a regional health sciences university library, OHSU. I own a 1922 bungalow in SE Portland, free and clear. I share my home with a 'tutored' tomcat who orders me about. I love my garden, but always use gloves to work in it, thanks to the tomcat. Formerly a teacher, complete with MST, teaching in six local school districts as a substitute teacher (aka 'fresh meat'). Before that, I worked part-time at Portland university to obtain teaching certification and Master of Science in Teaching at PSU. Before that, I was a member of the Sunflower Recycling Cooperative collective worker/owner group, as a recycler, garbage hauler, site manager and office manager.
