Kelly's Story

Life Hey Everyone! How much fun was the reunion? Okay, so the music could have been better...MUCH better...but it sure was great to see everyone, even if I didn't really get a chance to talk to everyone I'd have liked to. For those I didn't get to talk to, read on! Life has been a little crazy, but wonderful, since high school ended. I headed to UCLA to study theater, which I am now teaching at Montclair High. This is my 5th year teaching, my 3rd at this school. I am currently going through a divorce from my husband, but am seeing an amazing man named Chris, who treats me and my sons wonderfully. I have two sons, Aidan (5), and Asher (2) who keep me very busy. Aidan is in kindergarten at Vejar. I'd love to hear from anyone who'd like to get back in touch. teacher. Come time for middle school, I decided to go to a school closer to home. That's when I began at Suzanne Middle School. My years at Walnut High School were great. Studies and sports usurped my week, but my weekends were my own, and I used them well. On to UCLA, where I studied theater...and had a GREAT time doing so. It's definitely a plus to study something you actually enjoy! On to grad school at National University. When I began teaching, I went back to school to get my credential and my masters degree in crosscultural education. I think I'm done for a while. Workplace During college, I worked at both the UCLA Annual Fund and Disneyland. I made great friends both places, and would love to get back in touch. I have now taught for 5 years. Rowland High School 99-00, Tuffree Middle School 00-01, and Montclair High School 01-04.
