Kelly's Story
After ten years of renovating and living in a 130-year-old Victorian farmhouse north of Dallas but south of Oklahoma, we've finally settled into a brand new home. While the suburban yard can't hold a candle to the two acres we had - and while we miss the creaky wood floors and high ceilings and claw foot tub - we are thrilled to enjoy actual closets, a garage, and doors that don't stick each time the weather changes.

e years before they were born, we've happily adjusted to a very different schedule and lifestyle with them in our lives.
We keep busy with civic and church activities, and I have a demanding but incredibly fulfilling corporate job related to learning and development. I always thought I'd teach high school or college, but I ended up in a company I love working with adults instead. About 15 years ago I completed my MA, and once the kids are grown I may pursue a PhD to kick off a second career in academics. We'll see.
