Kemon's Story
Life
I started working for Von's in 1970 and am still doing it! Talk about being in a rut. I have been working as a produce clerk/ manager for 26 years. Anything you want to know about fruits, vegetables, or nuts - just ask me! I've been married for 17 years now. My wife, Lauralyn, and I have three children - Madelyn (age 13 going on 30), Luke (age 10), and Jeff (age 8). Madelyn has been dancing since age 3 and is now interested in Shakespeare. eff, and I are involved in Cub Scouting. Madelyn did Camp Fire with Lauralyn, as did the boys. In addition to Von's, I have been involved with the financial services industry for 10 years, selling life insurance and investments. Lauralyn is a teacher for L. A. County Office of Education, teaching autistic children. She is currently wtudying for her special education credential and will also be completing her Master's within 2 years. And I have only an AA in Computer Information Science. Sheesh!
