Ken's Story
Left LHHS in February of 1960 and moved to Oregon. Joined the US Navy while there in August of 1960. After serving four years came back to the area living in Fullerton for a while and then in Norwalk. While living in Norwalk became a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff and ended up working City of Industry Station for a while and patrolled La Habra Heights on numerous occasions. Had contact with some of the people I remembered from high school both socially and professionaly.
While serving in the Navy I met and married a youong lady from Idaho who I was introduced to by a shipmate I had met in boot camp. We celebrated our 48th ...Expand for more
anniversary in May of 2010. We were blessed with seven children and have 27 grandchildren and 10 great grand children.
After leaving the Sheriff's Department in 1970 I became a Comodities Transportation and Disbursement Specialist (aka Truck Driver) and moved to Utah, Idaho, Washington, Central California, Utah again, Arizona, Utah again and am currently residing in Wyoming.
I had plans of retiring when we moved here but that didn't happen so I am still pushing a rig up and down the road in most of the Western States and sometimes the Mid West.
Looking forward to the 55 year reunion and seeing all my classmates that attend it.
