lients thou)I also graduated from emergency rescue tech. acadamy too.thats were ur taught to extricate motorists trapped in auto accidents.they teach you how to operate hurst tools designed to remove car doors in literally minutes.one medic usually gets right in next to victum to talk them into remaining calm....which can be quite intensely overwhelming at times!!! we also had a scuba team which i took full advantage of ..the dept. set us up with all custom personal equipment...wet and dry suits!!!i took every certification i could get including advanced open water,search and rescue river diving,ice diving,deep water diving.it was a lot of fun and the best part was it didnt cost a penny!my fire dept paid for all training and equipment....if i ever move out in the boondocks again i would undoubtlly volenteer again....most people around me dont realize this has always been a passion of mine........".
