Life Howdy! After getting married for the 3rd time, and leaving Miami in 1992, I traveled around the world, ending up in New Mexico in 1998. Rio Rancho is a great little city and has so many things to offer, especially the mild temps and NO humidity. I gave up full time law enforcement in 1999 and retired from the Navy Reserve in 2002. I started with Intel Corp. in 2000 and am now an Automation Engineer, integrating the latest technology, in one if Intel's largest fabs. I have three great kids. My oldest son, Cody, graduated from Quapaw HS in 2004 and my daughter attends Rio Rancho Elementary school. Baby Joseph (Joey) was born April 20, 2005. I still like to collect and shoot tactical firearms, love to scuba (though there's not much water in NM), and off road in the H2. I graduated from National American University in Rio Rancho with a BS in Applied Management. I still try to make it back to Miami a couple of times a year. Usually for Christmas/New Years and around the 4th of July. Hope to C'ya sometime! School I don't have too many fond memories from High School. I wasn't into sports and spent my Jr and Sr years between school and vo-tech in Afton. I started working after school in Jr High so I had no time for after school activities or sports. My best memories are of the night life during my high school years. I had some sweet girlfriends, drank way too much, and had a hellofa time! College I tried going to NEO in 1985 but Cody came along and was the priority. I've always known that getting a degree was important so I kept working at it over the years. I did most of my Associates in Okianwa attending night classes at Central Texas College (Asian Div). I went back "part time" in 2004 to complete a BS in Management in 2007. If I go back, I'll probably get my MBS but would really like to attend law school. Workplace I spent most of my life in law enforcement in NE Oklahoma. It was a great job in a beautiful area and I hope to return someday.. maybe when I have some retirement income to supplement what law enforcement pays. I worked for the military as a Detective, and later as a Security Manager, on the beautiful island of Okinawa Japan from 1993-1997. I was also a reservist so mixed civilian work with several periods of active duty. It was a good experience in diversity and introduction to a better standard of living on a management salary. All good things come to an end though and we moved to New Mexico in 1998. I initially continued my law enforcement career with the Corrales NM Police Dept but in 1999 I had the opportunity to begin a new career. I started with Intel Corp as a Manufacturing Tech in Fab 11 Planarization then went to Oregon for training in 2001-2002. I returned to NM to help start up Fab 11X, the first Intel 300mm high volume fab. In 2003 I became a Software Tech with NM Automation supporting all of the automation systems for the NM Site.
