Having practiced law for 17+ years, done the partner thing, as well as, owning my own firm, worked as an Arbitrator and Alternate Judge, I was ready for a new challenge and ran for elective office.

UPDATE: Little did I know how how accurate that prediction was... I was the Judge that presided over the Steve Wynn divorce case (One of the largest divorce cases in U.S. History)
