Ken's Story

Life After the turbulent teens, and twenties, I met my future wife and have been raising our daughter here in Northen Virginia, just outside Wash DC. I continue working as a residential Real Estate Broker (17+ years), participate in the local Regional and Community Citizen Advisory Boards, am a Patient Advocate at the State, National level for the Alpha-1 Foundation and COPD Foundation, who respresent individuals with chronic lung diseases. Alpha-1 is a genetic protein deficiency that causes liver disease in children and lung disease in adults. Generally affecting populations that are descended from the Vikings.
