Life After graduating I went off to boot camp in Sept. The next 4+ years were spent in the Marine Corps. After discharge in Jan of 66 I went to work for Douglas (Later McDonnell Douglas) Aircraft in Long Beach, Calif. I was married in 67 to a wonderful girl and we have 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren. In 72 we moved to Missouri to be closer to her folks and I went to work for Zenith and was there until 92 as they were relocating to Mexico. The next 2 years I spent at the local technical college earning a degree in HVAC. From there to the present I've been at Buckhorn LLC, a manufacturer of plastic collapsible containers whose home office is located in Milford, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. July 4th, 2010 I lost my wife of 41 years to cancer. In March 2012 I retired from Buckhorn in March after 18 1/2 years Earlier this month, June 2014, I was in the hospital for prostate surgery and it was the first time I'd been in a hospital as a patient since I broke my left arm in 1951.
