Ken's Story
Life
After JHS went on to Florida College on a basketball scholarship. After FC went to Greensboro College (NC) to play ball but didn't finish school there. I went on to Armstrong Atlantic State in Savannah GA on a basketball scholarship and graduated in '93. After graduation I returned to NC and lived there for a year before being granted the opportunity to go overseas (Japan) to play pro basketball for 2yrs and worked for a company doing international marketing/mgmt.
Returned to TPA for about 3months and then had the opportunity to move to Dallas and to...Expand for more
ok an event mgmt job with NBA Hoop It Up/NFL Air It Out/NHL Breakout. I returned to TPA on several occassions managing those events and saw a couple of friends while out at clubs during my stay.
I left Hoop it Up and worked for a local cities Parks/Rec. dept as a Rec. Ctr Mgr and also have been in charge of Athletics for the PARD.
I'm currently working on the formation of a non-profit program working with high school student-athletes.
I have a beautiful wife named Stephanie who is from DC and have been married since '99 with no kids at present.
