Kendra's Story
Life
I am married with 3 children (15, 10 and 5), spent 8 years in the Navy, now working in Real Estate (administrative assistant). My husband and I have been stationed many places, Beaufort, SC, Great Lakes, IL, Portsmouth, VA, Sigonella, Sicily, Italy, Jacksonville, FL, Oahu, Hawaii and now living in Washington State. Married to an Aviation Electrician in the Navy, looking to call Mississippi our home in about a 1 years as retirement is upon us.

College
Started taking classes back in 1987. Ok, one to be exact. I took several more over the years. In 2002, I got serious about getting my degree. Baby steps for me. First the AA then the BS. I finished my AA in just under 1 1/2 years. God bless the military. Those credits helped me alot. I would have to say to anyone thinking about it, it is never too late and do not take a break, keep going!!! I am in a stall right now, but once we retire I am thinking about attending the University of Mississippi.
