Kenneth's Story
After Berkeley High, I studied for a year and then entered the U.S. Air Force with service in Texas, Mississippi, Southeast Asia, and North Carolina. My wife, Lynne (Presentation 1965), and I married in 1968. After receiving a B.A. degree in Sociology from Rutgers University and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law. I practiced labor law, primarily in Washington, DC, for 30 years before becoming a college administrator. rchbishop of Washington asked me to serve as the Director of the Permanent Diaconate. I retired in January 2015. Lynne is a retired teacher with the Montgomery County Maryland public schools. and we have been married 54 years with 3 adult sons and an adult daughter. January 5, 2022, marked 9 successful years with my transplanted kidney. To keep busy now I teach an online course for a seminary and work at my assigned parish while Lynne substitute teaches in our local school district. We cruise a lot - 15 to date. It has been and continues to be a really great life and I wouldn't change a thing!
