Kenneth Frazier:  

After high school I went to Fresno City Collage and then to work in a machine shop. I worked on a circle track car for a while, then into engine building and hot ski boats. I got married in 1979 to Cindy and and we had 3 kids. We stayed in Fresno until 1990 when we moved to Homer Alaska. I worked in a machine shop up here for almost a year before opening my own shop. Cindy home schooled our kids for a few years while I was running the shop and working on boats in the harbor. I went to work for the City of Homer in the water distribution department in 1996. It's been a great place to raise a family and make friends. Hunting and fishing is not to bad ether. God has blessed us the hole way. I retired from the City of Homer. I was offered a job on the North Slope in Prudhoe Bay where I've been working up there now for 2 years on a 2 week on and 2 week off rotation. It's a 1000 miles north of Home...Expand for more
