Kenneth's Story
I was pretty laid back, i.e. shy in high school, but I enjoyed playing soccer when it was first introduced at Mepham, the pre-soccer mom era. I also faked one year on the wrestling team (I was very good at making weight but that was about it.)
I went to U of Cincinnati, where I majored in the most useful course of study for life, Political Science.
I received #53 in the draft lottery and was given two all expense-paid trips, one to El Paso, Tx and the other to Udorn Thailand. Guess which one required the greater cultural ad...Expand for more
justment.
For most of my post-military life, I've worked as a legal proofreader but then about 20 years ago, I started studying Qigong and T'ai Chi Chih, which I have slowly transitioned into as a new career. I currently teach in many senior centers, hospitals, cancer support centers and churches in NYC. Very satisfying.
Been married, divorced, many very fulfilling relationships.
Best music, no question: Leonard Cohen
Best movies: Tie. Citizen Kane and Shawshank Redemption.
