Kenneth's Story
We were blessed.....being teenagers in the 80s. Probably the best time to be young that has ever been known.
No wars....no economic global stress...and a single officer policed an entire town. Freedom was a reality not just concept. Our only restriction was the love and fear of our parents that we may be attempting to grow up to quick.
Love was painful ... mainly because I could not be with the one girl i had been in love with since the sixth grade.
However god had placed in Jessamine co. High School some of the most beautiful girls that has ever graced the
planet earth. I wore a small lock on my belt loop representing that my heart was locked away to her alone
and that no one could have it. Thank god it wasnt on my zipper......for me.....Sex was Everywhere. ( relax ladies....i never kiss and tell ). Its been 30 years...who really cares anyway...right? Drinking , smoking , toking on a number and compacting the road between McDonalds and Edgewood plaza parking lot was what we did best. Blasting our heavy metal ....like ..AC/ DC...Van Halen...Ozzy.....just to n...Expand for more
ame a few. Hoping to see..party..and hook up with that one special person was our biggest dream. Well,, back to 2012....a little about whats going on in my world present day. I was married for 26 years.. have two boys...nothing like me....they are both brilliant and beautiful. One will attend Alabama university looking to be a orthopedic surgeon (his childhood dream) and the other is obtaining his degree in aviation. As for me..I have introduced the Department of Defense to a new energy system involving perpetual motion. ( says the guy that flunked math 20 times) . Okay.. let me read what a wrote and we will have a quick summery of what we did in high school........................well there is SEX........and umm..there is .......DRUGS.............and there is .....ROCK AND ROLL.......yep...that about sums it up.
Yes my very OLD friends .....being a teenager in the 80s....we were truly blessed.
