Kenneth's Story
Life
Wow the Last 28 years has gone fast.
After High School I hung around Carson for a few years then I joined the US Navy in July 1984 stayed in till 88 doing time in the Gulf but missed out on Desert Storm. After I got out of the Navy I spent the next 9 years driving for a living. Everything from small tow trucks up to large tow trucks. Spent a couple of years Driving Truck over the road. I waited to 93 before I got married and found my self devoriced in 96. Remaried April 98. My daughter was born January 98 and she is the pride and joy of my life. Oct 97 I was in a car accident that ended my career as a truck driver and now I am into computers doing tech support. Who would have ever imagined that I would end up working in Hi Tech? In 2001 when the dot com crash hit I found myself back in a tow truck and have been there ever since.

time to find something I really like and as a result I think I appreciate it a lot more.
Over the years through the good times and the bad I have come to understaand and believe "The bad times in life are only a way for us to recognize the good times". Today when ever I have a day that does not go as well as planned at the end of the day when I see the sun set. I know that somewhere there is some one that will never see that again, and I know that I am still ahead of the game. I am greatful for every sunset that I get to see.
In January 2007 I was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. I go to Dialysis three times a week and am waiting for my name to work its way through the transplant list. It is a very long process that can take years. I continue to work full time and make the most of every day and thank God each day that I wake up and get out of bed.
