Bacchus Managing General Partner Urban Initiatives Group, LLC Work History & Background: Ken is an Urban Planner, with over thirty years of experience in a broad range of management of economic development projects for governmental and private sector entities. Ken was recently President/CEO of a local non-profit housing finance corporation, and he was Business Development Manager for a top ten national general contraction company. Ken's responsibilities included the development of urban projects requiring extensive knowledge of urban redevelopment financing laws. Urban Initiatives Group, LLC is Development management and consulting company specializing in the redevelopment of urban mixed use projects, developer of 'for sale' and 'rental' market rate and workforce housing, redevelopment planners, project managers, and community economic development planning.
