Kenneth's Story
Life
I was living in Corning until October of 2002 when I joined the Army. I served for three years and then got out with my College fund money. It was a very good experience for me. I was stationed in Hawaii for 2 1/2 years. I met my new wife while I was there. I also went to Afghanistan for 11 1/2...Expand for more
months as part of OEF5. It was hard to be away for so long, but the time went by pretty quick. I moved to Seattle to try to go back to school. That didn't work out as planned. my wife and I now live in Las Vegas, NV. I am currently a High School science teacher going into my second year of teaching.
