hed East Tallahatchie High School in 1966. Northwest Mississippi Comnmunity College in 1968. University of Mississippi in 1971. Married Karen in 1969. Moved to Corinth in 1971 and started the Alcorn Central H.S. Band. Went to Baldwyn for three years then on to W.P. Daniel in New Albany. After trying my hand at professional fund raising and failing, I taught for one semester at Winston Academy in Louisville. In 1981 moved to South Panola H. S. for 15 years. Served as DOB at Delta State University until 2003. Retired that year and moved back to Pope. I am active as an Adjudicator and still conduct bands from time to time.".
