Life.
Um, yeah.
I live in L.A., and have since 1985. I was working at a video game company doing...all sorts of stuff...but it just took a dive. Rough economy, you know?
I pretty much know I'll be fine long-term since I am wicked clever and good at just about everything, but right now I am doing some drinking, LOL.
It's good though. I was a bit behind...
I (somehow) have managed to remain unmarried and un...childed.
I'm basically a retarded adult living in an apartment and playing guitar in bands at night...I fully realize that music doesn't pay off for guys over 40, but I find myself unable to stop as it's about the only thing I care much about or that makes much sense to me.

My entire family went and died on me, so I haven't had any reason to go to Michigan in over 10 years, and I really kind of miss it, especially the rivers and woods which have become, to me, emblematic of better times...Fitgerald park in Grand Ledge and Tecumseh Park in Lansing figure prominently. Especially Fitzgerald Park.
Not that the present sucks, and believe me, I have had an inordinate amount of fun in the last 20-odd years, but none of it is as good as riding my bike out to the Ledges in the long golden Michigan summer the year Star Wars came out, you know?
