Life
After finally graduating from college - SFSU - I applied for and was actually hired as a Special Agent with the U. S. Secret Service. This was my dream job as I had always wanted to be a Secret Service agent since I was 10 years old. I was assigned to the San Francisco Field Office and conducted investigations involving the forgery of U. S. Obligations and the printing and passing of counterfeit U. S. currency. After three years of investigations I was transferred to Washington D. C. and assigned to the White House protection detail. I protected Richard M. Nixon and then Jerald Ford. Upon the completion of 4 years of presidential protection I was reassigned back to the San Francisco Field Office, where again I conducted investigations involving forgery of mainly government checks and counterfeiting of U. S. currency. I also investigated numerous cases involved with the threats againts the President. I also was involved in the protection of many foreign heads of states to include Breznov, Marcos, Ide ...Expand for more
Amin, Pol Pot, the Emporer of Japan, the Quenn of England, the Pope and many more.
I also travelled to over 30 different countries mostly with the Presidents and Vice Presidents. The assignment that I most enjoyed, and I really enjoyed foreign travel, was a three week trip to Naibrobi, Kenya where I was on the security advance team setting up secuity for George H. Bish's trip to that country. I enjoyed the several safaris that I went on and staying at several of the very lovely lodges that are located in Kenya.
In October 1993, I asked for and was transferred to the Reno office and eventually retired.
I am currently a Private Investigator and I also conduct background investigations for the USSS as well as other federal agencies.
