Kerrie's Story
Hay,
I am Not sure what you want to know so I'll throw it down short and sweet.
Had a son who's 18 now Named him Korey Alan-Douglas Holtzclaw. His Father was Rodney Simmons who went to North Posey.
Then I got married and had two more Kids. A girl Shelby Renee' Herndon who is 16 now and then a son James Micheal Herndon Who is 14 now.
Then I got Divorce after 5 years.From a man Named James B. Herndon who went to north Posey as well.
Got engaged again after 3 years and have been with him sense .His name is Jim Lee Murphy. Two years younger than me but looks older.Hes From Ill. so you might now know of him. We have been with each other 10 years and have a 7 year old daughter together named Leslie Ann Murphy.
For the count thats 4 kids total. One Marriage. One Divorce.
I moved to Ill. for 3 years a while back and have now moved back to E-ville. seems you just can't break away from it for long.
I've had cancer 3 times but am fully recovered.So no worries. There was rumors of my death from it about 10 years back so lets put that lie to rest shall we?
I have worked my whole life sense I was 14 detassleing corn and picking melons in Posey county. As well as working the food industry and even head of my own kitchen as head cook. Big deal.... What do I do now? I'm a stay at home mother and enjoying it well thank you. But trust me its not as easy as one might think. I believe I spend more than half my day running for e...Expand for more
veryone. Not to mention cleaning and organizing the kids schedules as well as shopping for my family as well as my mothers.
Yah My Mother is very dear to me. She has lung cancer as well as terminal breast cancer. she has out lived the doctors by 4 years now. I moved close to her as a fact to help take care of her mother, Who lives with her and she takes care of But now I take care of them both with my brothers help as well.
Anyone who ever hung out with me knows her as "Grandma" and she more than likely called in for you guys and dolls more than once to clear you from school. I know I skipped a few times my senior year and she called in to clear me as well a few friends who skipped the same day.(you know who you are)
Any ways I have more than a full day every day and My kids keep me younger than my body most the time feels I'll tell you that much.Rounding 40 Sucks the big one don't it? 30 wasn't too bad for me but dreading the big 40. Might be that the kids are growing up and taking about heading off on their own. Might be the grey hairs that keep popping up. More the fact that every morning I " SNAP" "CRACKLE" and " POP" before I even pour the milk you know?
